Here are some tricky riddles. The answers are at the bottom.

1. A man lives on the 15th floor of an apartment building. Each morning, he takes the elevator down 15 floors to the lobby and leaves for work. When he returns he goes into the elevator. if it had been raining, or if there is another person in the elevator, he goes straight to the 15th floor. If it had not been raining and he was alone in the elevator, he goes to the 10th floor and goes up 5 flights of stairs to the 15th floor. Why?

2. You are a bus driver. In the morning, a man, his wife, and two kids get on. 20 minutes later, the man gets off and a woman with a large white hat gets on. 5 minutes later the wife gets off and a man with a black top hat gets on. 10 minutes later the two kids get off as well as the woman with the white hat and no one gets on. The man inthe top hat gets off at 6. The bus is yellow and is number 38. What color is the bus driver's hair?

3. JFMAMJJAS. What are the next three letters?




Answers:
1. The man is very short. He can only reach the 10th floor button, unless it was raining and he has his umbrella, or someone helps him.
2. The color of your hair. YOU are the bus driver.
3. OND. The letters are the first letters of the months of the year.
