Seedless Fail...

History Fail...

Label Fail...

Hillarious Joke by Brad Hook BS

Guy goes into a bar, there's a robot bartender.
The robot says, "What will you have?"
The guy says, "Martini."
The robot brings back the best martini ever and says to the man, "What's
your IQ?"
The guy says," 168."
The robot then proceeds to talk about physics, space exploration and
medical technology.

The guy leaves, but he is curious...So he goes back into the bar.

The robot bartender says, "What will you have?"
The guy says, "Martini."
Again, the robot makes a great martini gives it to the man and says,
"What's your IQ?"
The guy says, "100."
The robot then starts to talk about NASCAR, Budweiser and John Deere
tractors.
The guy leaves, but finds it very interesting, so he thinks he will try it
one more time..

He goes back into the bar.

The robot says, "What will you have?"
The guy says, "Martini," and the robot brings him another great martini.
The robot then says, "What's your IQ?"
The guy says, "Uh, about 50."
The robot leans in real close and says, "So, you people still happy you voted for Obama?

Super Mario Theme Song on Theremin

The Theremin

The theremin (/ˈθɛrÉ™mɪn/[1]), originally known as the aetherphone/etherophonethereminophone[2] ortermenvox/thereminvox is an early electronic musical instrument controlled without discernible physical contact from the player. It is named after its Russian inventor, Professor Léon Theremin, who patented the device in 1928. The controlling section usually consists of two metal antennas which sense the position of the player's hands and control oscillators forfrequency with one hand, and amplitude (volume) with the other, so it can be played without being touched. The electricsignals from the theremin are amplified and sent to a loudspeaker.
The theremin is associated with a very eerie sound, which has led to its use in movie soundtracks such as Miklos Rozsa's for Spellbound and The Lost Weekend and Bernard Herrmann's for The Day the Earth Stood Still and as the theme tune for the ITV drama Midsomer Murders. Theremins are also used in concert music (especially avant-garde and 20th- and 21st-century new music) and in popular music genres such as rockPsychedelic rock bands in particular, such as Hawkwind, have often used the theremin in their work.

Awesome Table!

Here's a solution for adding a little techno-flare to your furniture that's a bit more subtle than cramming computer parts into a coffee table. The Arbonata Light Table, available from nKcharms at the source link, impregnates stylish slabs of wood with over 1,700 LEDs arranged in the shape of a tree. According to designer Dennis Vetu, it's some sort of metaphor for the circle of life -- as he explains on the Arbonata site, "tree becomes wood, becomes light." Artsy prattle aside, we couldn't imagine sitting down to a ramen dinner on a classier surface. If you're not partial to branches and leaves though, nKcharms will work with customers to create unique designs.

Psp Go Still Alive!

It looks like proclamations of the PSP Go's demise may have been a bit premature. While it does appear that Japan and Europe are giving up on the downloadable content-only device, Sony of America told our good friends at Joystiq that the UMD-less PSP is still a "go" in North America. Production and sales will continue, presumably until we can get our greasy paws on the NGP this holiday season.

Apple sues Samsung for copying Iphone and Ipad

Whoa! In the world of big-time lawsuits, this must be just about the biggest. The Wall Street Journal is reporting that Apple has sued Samsung Electronics for copying "the look and feel" of its iPad tablet and iPhone smartphone. This relates to the Samsung Galaxy S 4G, which bears more than a passing resemblance to the iPhone 3G / 3GS models, and the slightly less obvious Epic 4G, Nexus S, and Galaxy Tab (presumably the older 7-inch model, since the newer ones aren't out yet) devices. The claim for intellectual property infringement is phrased as follows:
"Rather than innovate and develop its own technology and a unique Samsung style for its smart phone products and computer tablets, Samsung chose to copy Apple's technology, user interface and innovative style in these infringing products."
The lawsuit was filed in the Northern District of California on Friday and seeks injunctions against Samsung, damages (both actual and punitive), and a finding that the infringement was willful. Lest we forget, the rarest outcome in such legal tussles is for an actual judgment to actually be handed down, so the greatest likelihood is that this will just lead to another round of grudging handshakes and licensing going one way with money going the other way, but still, it's fun to see the big dogs barking at each other.

Another aspect to these proceedings that shouldn't be overlooked is that, on the software front, they boil down to iOS versus Android (again). When Apple calls Samsung uninventive in its user interface, it's talking more about Android's perceived imitation of the iPhone's interface than whatever TouchWiz tweaks Samsung has slapped on top. And hey, if you're going to sue Google indirectly, you can't leave a major player like Samsung outside the courtroom, it just wouldn't be fair.

Great Book!

The Ultimate Toilet

We've seen some pretty fancy cans in our time, but perhaps none as tricked out as Kohler's latest $6,400 john. The Numi does just about everything for you, aside from the stuff that, well, only you can do. Looking something akin to a fancy pop-top waste bin, Numi comes complete with a self-opening and closing lid so you never have to touch the toilet seat; a self-cleaning bidet with adjustable controls for temperature and water pressure; heating elements to keep your toes and tush toasty; an illuminated panel for nighttime rendezvous; a built-in speaker system that connects to a remote docking station to ensure only you know exactly what you're doing in there; and a deodorizing element that sucks air from the bowl through a charcoal filter. Of course, no connected appliance would be complete without a touchscreen, and the Numi's no exception; it has a touch panel remote that you can use to set to your specifications. Now, that's what we call a porcelain throne. Check out the ridiculously lavish promo video after the break.

Awesome Show: Law and Order SVU

Law & Order: Special Victims Unit (often abbreviated to Law & Order: SVU) is an American police procedural television drama series set in New York City, where it is also primarily produced. Created and produced by Dick Wolf and airing on NBC, the series premiered on September 20, 1999 as the first spin-off of Wolf's successful crime drama, Law & Order. Currently in its 12th season, the series has produced 269 episodes to date.
Law & Order: Special Victims Unit originally centered almost exclusively around the detectives of the Special Victims Unit in a fictional version of the 16th Precinct of the New York City Police Department (NYPD). In the style of the original Law & Order, episodes are often "ripped from the headlines" or loosely based on real crimes that have received media attention. The show stars Christopher Meloni as Detective Elliot Stabler, a senior detective in the Manhattan SVU, and Mariska Hargitay as his partner, Detective Olivia Benson. As the series progressed, additional supporting characters were added as allies of the detectives in the Manhattan District Attorney's office and the Medical Examiner's office. Typical episodes follow the detectives and their colleagues as they investigate and prosecute sexually based offenses. The additional cast includesStephanie MarchB.D. WongTamara TunieDann FlorekRichard Belzer, and rapper Ice-T.
Law & Order: Special Victims Unit is currently the highest-rated series of the Law & Order franchise, and presently NBC's top rated scripted drama. The series has been nominated for and won numerous awards, including the 2006 Emmy forOutstanding Lead Actress in a Drama Series for Hargitay (the first Emmy to be received by a regular on any Law & Orderseries).

Steelers safety Troy Polamalu, who was voted The Associated Press NFL Defensive Player of the Year last season, tops all players on the list of jersey sales made from April 1, 2010 to March 31, 2011, followed by Packers quarterback and Super Bowl XLV MVP Aaron Rodgers, according to NFLShop.com.
In fact, Polamalu and Packers linebacker Clay Matthews (No. 8) are the only players in the top 10 who aren't quarterbacks. That list of signal-callers includes the New Orleans Saints' Drew Brees, Indianapolis Colts' Peyton Manning, Denver Broncos' Tim Tebow, Philadelphia Eagles' Michael Vick, New England Patriots' Tom Brady,Dallas Cowboys' Tony Romo and New York Giants' Eli Manning.
Polamalu also topped the list of the top-10-selling jerseys among women.
Now-retired QB Brett Favre, whom Rodgers replaced in Green Bay, fell to No. 14 in jersey sales after holding the No. 1 spot last year.
The Packers and Steelers also out-sold every other franchise in team merchandise from April to March. Rounding out the top 10 were the Cowboys, Chicago Bears, Patriots, Eagles, Saints, Giants, New York Jetsand Colts. According to NFLShop.com, the Packers rose to No. 1 after failing to make the top 10 in merchandise sales the previous year.
